Higher education: other; preventing an amateur athlete from earning compensation for the use of his or her name, image, or likeness; prohibit. Amends title & secs. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 10 of 2020 PA 366 (MCL 390.1731 et seq.); adds sec. 9a & repeals secs. 1 & 11 of 2020 PA 366 (MCL 390.1741).
