Adds definitions to the Social Welfare Act for complex rehabilitation technology services, including "complex needs patient," "complex rehabilitation technology," and related professional qualifications.

Defines "complex needs patient" as an individual with a diagnosed medical condition causing significant physical impairment or functional limitation, such as spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, and certain amputations or paralysis conditions.

Defines "complex rehabilitation technology" as individually configured durable medical equipment classified by Medicare as of January 1, 2020, including complex rehabilitation wheelchairs, adaptive seating systems, standing frames, and gait trainers.

Establishes requirements for "qualified complex rehabilitation technology suppliers" including Medicare enrollment, accreditation, employment of certified professionals, physical presence during evaluations, and capability to provide ongoing service and repair.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 1209 of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law.
