Memorializes Congress to oppose any privatization of the United States Postal Service, which is a constitutional governmental function established in Article I, Section 8, Clause 7 of the U.S. Constitution.

Affirms that USPS operates without taxpayer funding, supports over 500,000 employees across the $1.4 trillion mailing industry, and is the nation's second-largest employer of military veterans.

Opposes privatization proposals that would increase postage rates and reduce service in Michigan's 32 rural counties and rural areas nationwide where delivery costs are higher.

Urges Congress to restore USPS service standards to 2012 levels to reverse slower delivery times resulting from proposed changes including plant consolidations and reduced post office operating hours.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the President, Speaker of the House, President of the Senate, and Michigan's congressional delegation.
