Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor, Michigan Attorney General, Michigan Public Service Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of the Interior, the President, Congress leadership, and Michigan's congressional delegation.
