Designates May 13, 2022, as Falun Dafa Day in Michigan to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Falun Dafa practice and guidance.

Recognizes Falun Gong (Falun Dafa) as a peaceful spiritual practice rooted in traditional Chinese culture combining meditation, gentle exercises, and moral philosophy centered on truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance.

Notes that over 100 million people worldwide have practiced Falun Dafa since its public introduction in China in 1992, with current practice in over 80 countries taught free of charge by volunteers.

Acknowledges Falun Dafa practitioners in Michigan for organizing free meditation classes, participating in community events, and working toward peaceful resolution of persecution in China.
