Adds "source of income" as a protected class to Michigan's civil rights law, prohibiting discrimination in housing based on source of income.

Defines "source of income" by reference to the definition in 1972 PA 348, MCL 554.601.

Updates the title of 1976 PA 453 to reflect the addition of source of income as a protected characteristic alongside existing protections for religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, height, weight, familial status, and marital status.

Effective date is April 2, 2025, contingent on Senate Bill No. 206 and Senate Bill No. 207 also being enacted into law.
