Establishes the "Care for Retired Police Dogs Program Act" administered by the Department of State Police to award grants to eligible nonprofit organizations for veterinary care of retired police dogs.

Eligible nonprofit organizations must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, dedicated to protecting or caring for retired police dogs, have maintained tax-exempt status for at least 5 years, and submit to audits by the auditor general.

Provides reimbursement to former handlers or adopters of retired police dogs that served 5+ years with one or more law enforcement/correctional agencies, or 3+ years if injured in the line of duty.

Limits annual reimbursement to $1,500 per dog for veterinary care including wellness exams, vaccinations, emergency care, surgeries, and cremation; unused funds cannot carry over to future years.

Department of State Police may promulgate rules under the administrative procedures act to implement the program, subject to legislative appropriation.
