Mandates the Department of Health and Human Services develop and post a notice on its website by January 1, 2024 regarding MTHFR positive test results, including information about potential health implications and medical treatment considerations.

Includes notice language advising parents to seek further information before nonemergency medical treatment and suggesting caution regarding vaccines, synthetic foods, and medical treatments that may trigger inflammatory responses in infants with MTHFR mutations.

Contains a tie-bar provision making the bill's effectiveness contingent upon enactment of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4049 of the 102nd Legislature.
