Prohibits possession of firearms at polling places while polls are open on election day and within 100 feet of any entrance to a building containing a polling place.

Prohibits possession of firearms at early voting sites and within 100 feet of any entrance to buildings containing early voting sites on days early voting is conducted.

Prohibits possession of firearms within 100 feet of absent voter ballot drop boxes for 40 days before an election.

Prohibits possession of firearms in city or township clerk offices and satellite offices, or within 100 feet of entrances to these offices, during the 40 days before an election when absent voter voting is available.

Exempts peace officers, licensed concealed carry permit holders, persons on private property or residence with permission, and persons lawfully transporting firearms in vehicles; violations are misdemeanors punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment or $100 fine.
