Prohibits firearms at early voting sites and within 100 feet of early voting site entrances on days early voting is conducted

Prohibits firearms within 100 feet of absent voter ballot drop boxes for 40 days before an election and within 100 feet of city or township clerk offices during the 40-day period when absent voter voting is available in person

Prohibits firearms in absent voter counting places or combined absent voter counting places while ballots are being processed, with exception for uniformed law enforcement officers acting in their official capacity; violation is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment or a $100 fine
