Amends MCL 777.11b to update the Criminal Code sentencing guidelines table by adding three new felony offenses related to firearm storage failures under MCL 28.429(4), (5), and (6).

Creates Class E felony for failure to store a firearm resulting in injury with 5-year maximum sentence, Class D felony for failure to store a firearm resulting in serious impairment of body function with 10-year maximum sentence, and Class C felony for failure to store a firearm resulting in death with 15-year maximum sentence.

Removes two provisions from the sentencing guidelines table: MCL 28.454(1) regarding consumer fireworks certificate violations and MCL 28.734(2)(b) and 28.735(2)(b) regarding student safety zone violations.

Takes effect only if House Bill No. 4144 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law, creating a tie-bar provision between the two bills.
