Adds section 15e to Chapter XVII of the Michigan criminal procedure act establishing sentencing guidelines for six felonies related to extreme risk protection orders under MCL 691.1819

Violation of an extreme risk protection order is classified as: Class G felony for first offense (1-year maximum), Class F felony for second offense (4-year maximum), and Class E felony for third or subsequent offense (5-year maximum)

False statements in complaints for extreme risk protection orders are classified as: Class F felony for second offense (4-year maximum) and Class E felony for third or subsequent offense (5-year maximum)

Knowingly providing a firearm to an individual restrained under an extreme risk protection order is classified as a Class G felony (1-year maximum)

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 83 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law; effective date is sine die (91st day after final adjournment of 2023 regular session)
