Creates a felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment or $50,000 fine for knowingly providing false or misleading information related to assisted reproduction procedures, including misrepresentation of embryos, gametes, donor identity, or donor medical/genetic history.

Establishes a felony punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment or $100,000 fine for health professionals who knowingly or recklessly use or provide a human embryo or gamete other than the specific one to which a patient expressly consented in writing.

Specifies that using an anonymous donor, if requested by the patient, does not constitute a defense to violations by health professionals.

Defines key terms including "assisted reproduction" (pregnancy methods other than sexual intercourse), "donor," "gamete," "human embryo," and "health professional" as those licensed under Michigan's public health code.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
