Creates a civil cause of action for individuals injured by false representations in assisted reproduction procedures, allowing recovery of economic damages, noneconomic damages, punitive damages, and reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Permits lawsuits by patients who gave birth through assisted reproduction, the patient's spouse at the time of service, individuals conceived through the procedure, and donors whose gametes or embryos were involved.

Provides that each child born as a result of false representation constitutes a separate cause of action.

Requires actions to be brought within 3 years of discovering the false representation in assisted reproduction.

Effective only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4178 is enacted into law.
