Adds a 15-year statute of limitations for violations of MCL 750.219g (false representation in assisted reproduction), with DNA evidence allowing indictment at any time until 15 years after the offender is identified.

Extends the statute of limitations for criminal sexual conduct offenses involving victims under 18 years old from 10 years to 15 years, or until the victim's 28th birthday, whichever is later.

Modifies language throughout the statute to use gender-neutral terms ("the individual" instead of "he or she").

Renumbers existing subsections (5) through (11) to become subsections (6) through (13) to accommodate new provisions.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, conditional on Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4178 being enacted into law.
