Allows pharmacists to order and administer immunizing agents to individuals 2.5 years of age or older without physician direction, provided the agent is approved or authorized by the Food and Drug Administration.

Permits pharmacists to delegate administration of immunizing agents to pharmacy technicians who are qualified by education, training, or experience, in accordance with board delegation requirements.

Authorizes pharmacists to administer diagnostic laboratory tests classified by the Food and Drug Administration as waived tests, advise patients on results, and refer patients to prescribers for follow-up care.

Allows pharmacy technicians to delegate administration of waived diagnostic laboratory tests under pharmacist supervision and delegation authority.

Requires pharmacists and pharmacy technicians administering immunizing agents to comply with board-established guidelines and other legal requirements including section 9206 provisions.
