Adds "ethnicity" as a protected class under the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, expanding discrimination protections across employment, housing, public accommodations, and education.

Defines "ethnicity" as a grouping of people who identify with each other based on shared attributes such as common traditions, culture, religion, ancestry, nationality, language, history, or social treatment.

Establishes that discrimination because of ethnicity includes antisemitism, with specific examples such as hatred of Jewish individuals, severe disparagement of Jewish culture, anti-Jewish violence, false conspiracy theories, and holding Jewish people collectively responsible for actions of individuals or the State of Israel.

Clarifies that criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against other countries does not constitute ethnic discrimination, and antisemitism findings do not preclude findings of discrimination on other bases such as religion, race, or national origin.

Applies ethnicity protections to all covered areas: employment, labor organizations, apprenticeships, public accommodations, educational institutions, housing, and real estate transactions; takes effect 90 days after enactment.
