Prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign nondisclosure agreements or waivers that restrict disclosure of their wages.

Prohibits employers from discharging, formally disciplining, or denying job advancement to employees who disclose their wages.

Requires employers to provide employees, within 30 days of request, wage information for similarly situated employees covering up to 3 years prior, with names redacted but including sex and seniority information.

Defines "similarly situated employees" as those in the same job classification or with comparable skill, effort, responsibility, working conditions, and training.

Defines "wage information" to include salary, hourly wages, bonuses, overtime pay, and other forms of employer-provided compensation.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
