Renames the "marijuana regulatory agency" to "cannabis regulatory agency" throughout the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act.

Expands informational pamphlet requirements for marihuana retailers and microbusinesses to include safety information about storing marihuana in locked containers, disposing of marihuana, poison control hotline numbers, and warnings about drug interactions with prescriptions and controlled substances.

Adds a requirement that informational pamphlets include specific safety statements regarding alcohol consumption, heavy machinery operation, and risks of overdose when combined with controlled substances.

Adds language prohibiting the cannabis regulatory agency from promulgating rules that are "unreasonably impracticable" in terms of compliance costs or requirements.
