Modifies the statute of limitations for civil actions to recover damages for criminal sexual conduct by referencing section 5851b instead of establishing a fixed 10-year period.

Changes gender-specific pronouns ("his or her," "he or she") to gender-neutral language ("the person," "the person's") throughout the statute of limitations provisions.

Removes the requirement that criminal prosecution or conviction need not have occurred for criminal sexual conduct civil actions, deferring those conditions to section 5851b.

Eliminates the definition of "adjudication" under the probate code and updates the definition of "criminal sexual conduct" to reference section 5851b rather than listing specific Michigan penal code sections.

Takes effect only if both House Bill No. 4484 and House Bill No. 4482 are enacted into law (tie-bar provision).
