Amends the Public Health Code to recognize the physical therapy licensure compact as a mechanism for physical therapist licensure in Michigan.

Allows individuals holding a compact privilege to practice as a physical therapist under the physical therapy licensure compact to engage in physical therapy practice in Michigan and be considered licensed physical therapists for purposes of the article.

Allows individuals holding a compact privilege to work as a physical therapist assistant under the physical therapy licensure compact to engage in physical therapist assistant practice in Michigan under supervision of a physical therapist and be considered licensed physical therapist assistants.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law, contingent upon enactment of House Bill No. 4504 of the 102nd Legislature.
