Corrects MCL citation from 700.5501 to 700.5506 for patient advocate designation provisions in the estates and protected individuals code.

Removes the department of human services from joint website and public awareness responsibilities under the peace of mind registry provisions, leaving only the department of health and human services and secretary of state responsible.

Effective only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4597 is enacted into law.
