Requires original equipment manufacturers to make parts, tools, and documentation available to equipment owners and independent repair providers for diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of electronics-enabled agricultural equipment sold or used in Michigan on fair and reasonable terms.

Mandates manufacturers provide special parts, tools, and documentation needed to disable and reset electronic security locks or security-related functions during repair, potentially through a secure system.

Requires manufacturers to provide parts, tools, and documentation at equitable prices during warranty periods for equipment with a wholesale price of $100 or more, considering actual preparation and distribution costs, affordability, and distribution methods.

Prohibits manufacturers from divulging trade secrets except as necessary to provide parts, tools, and documentation, and voids any contractual provisions that waive or limit a manufacturer's obligations under this act.

Grants the attorney general authority to bring civil actions for damages or equitable relief for violations of the act.
