Excludes mobile operator's licenses and mobile enhanced driver licenses issued under MCL 257.310a and MCL 28.304 from acceptable voter identification, while retaining standard operator's and chauffeur's licenses as valid identification.

Excludes mobile official state personal identification cards and mobile enhanced official state personal identification cards issued under MCL 28.292 and MCL 28.304 from acceptable voter identification, while retaining standard state personal identification cards.

Retains all other forms of acceptable identification for election purposes, including out-of-state driver's licenses, federal and state government photo IDs, military IDs, tribal IDs, local government IDs, and student IDs from educational institutions.

Takes effect only if Senate Bills 459, 460, and 461 of the 102nd Legislature are enacted into law.
