Requires merchants to disclose automatic renewal terms in at least 14-point type, including initial and renewal charges, term lengths, any price changes, and cancellation procedures.

Mandates electronic notice to consumers 30-60 days before contract renewal, with at least 30 calendar days to cancel without penalty or additional charges.

Requires electronic notifications every 6 months (or annually for on-site equipment facilities) confirming the consumer's subscription and ongoing payment obligation.

Permits consumers who accept contracts online to cancel exclusively online, and makes contracts violating these requirements voidable by the consumer; exempts telecommunications and broadband services regulated by the Michigan Public Service Commission.
