State administrative board may accept real property in Muskegon County from the county for $1.00, comprising multiple blocks and vacated streets in the City of Muskegon as described in county deed records.

State may convey approximately 3.47 acres (Blocks 223 and 231) back to Muskegon County for $1.00, with restrictions requiring exclusive public use and allowing state reentry and repossession if property is used for other purposes.

State may convey approximately 9.48 acres (Blocks 225, 224, 232 and vacated streets) to Muskegon County for fair market value plus state implementation costs, or for $1.00 if not sold at fair market value within 2 years of enactment.

Fair market values must be determined by independent fee appraisal prepared for the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget or by a state employee/contractor appraiser.

Revenue from conveyances must be deposited in state treasury and credited to the general fund; all deeds must be recorded by grantee at grantee's expense and approved by the attorney general.
