Prohibits counties from enacting or enforcing laws, ordinances, policies, or rules that limit or prohibit peace officers and local officials from communicating or cooperating with federal officials regarding immigration status of individuals.

Requires counties with existing violating laws, ordinances, policies, or rules to bring them into compliance within 60 days of the act's effective date.

Allows county residents to bring civil actions in circuit court or file complaints with the attorney general beginning 61 days after the act's effective date if a county violates the act.

Authorizes the attorney general to investigate complaints and bring enforcement actions in circuit court against counties that enact or enforce violating provisions.

Requires courts to issue injunctions, order repeal or amendment of violating provisions, and award actual damages, costs, and reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party.
