State administrative board may convey approximately 0.586 acre of state-owned property at 345 Northland Drive, NE, Rockford, Kent County, currently under Department of State Police jurisdiction, consisting of Lots 73, 74, 87, and 88 of the Wolverine Addition.

Department of Technology, Management, and Budget may sell property through competitive bidding, offer to local government units at fair market value, transfer to other state agencies, trade for comparable property, or sell to local units below fair market value with conditions.

Property sold below fair market value to local units must be used exclusively for public use for 30 years; state retains right to repurchase within 120 days if local unit attempts to convey property within that period.

Net revenue from sale deposited to state general fund; state retains rights to aboriginal antiquities and half of gross revenue from any oil, gas, or mineral development on the property.

State may reenter and repossess property if used inconsistently with deed restrictions, public use requirements, or if historically designated as monument, memorial, park, or protected wildlife habitat.
