Modifies the annual report fee for domestic and foreign corporations under section 911 of Michigan's business corporation act, reducing the fee from $25.00 to $15.00 effective October 1, 2027.

Maintains the current $25.00 fee for annual reports filed before October 1, 2027, with the reduced $15.00 fee applying to reports paid on or after that date.

Retains all other corporate filing fees at their existing amounts, including $10.00 fees for articles of incorporation, amendments, dissolution certificates, and various other corporate documents.

Allows the administrator to waive all required fees if a majority of the corporation's shares are held by one or more honorably discharged veterans of the United States Armed Forces, with proper proof provided.

Takes effect immediately upon approval by the Governor on September 29, 2023.
