Allocates up to $15,000,000.00 from the state school aid fund to intermediate districts for implementing a K to 12 career development model supporting the state's STEM strategy for fiscal year 2023-2024

Requires intermediate districts to apply for funding and distribute allocations to districts within their geographic boundaries for career development purposes

Permits districts receiving funding to use it for Career Navigators, career exploration tools, work-based learning, transportation for industry tours, career classes, career fairs, and professional learning for place-, project-, and problem-based instructional practices

Directs the state department to develop a payment formula for intermediate districts and designate staff to facilitate implementation of the career development model
