Increases circuit court reporter and recorder transcript fees from $3.50 to $3.75 per original page and maintains 90 cents per copy page rate.

Sets minimum transcript charge at $50.00 for the original and 90 cents per page for any copies requested.

Requires the state treasurer to adjust transcript fee amounts on January 1, 2030, and every five years thereafter based on cumulative annual percentage changes in the Consumer Price Index.

Defines "Consumer Price Index" as the most comprehensive index of consumer prices available for Michigan from the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor.
