Authorizes schools to allow guardians and designated staff members to administer marihuana-infused products and CBD products to qualified pupils on school premises, school buses, and at school-sponsored activities

Requires guardians to provide written permission, medical certification, and registry identification cards before staff can administer marihuana-infused products; CBD products require only written permission from guardians

Prohibits schools from disciplining qualified pupils or denying school attendance solely due to use of these products, and allows staff members to refuse administration if alternative designated staff are provided

Requires schools to adopt reasonable guidelines for administering these products and store them securely, consistent with how other student medications are handled

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5064 is also enacted into law
