Declares certain federal laws, rules, regulations, executive orders, and administrative orders unenforceable in Michigan if they impose discriminatory taxes on firearms, require registration or tracking of firearms or owners, prohibit possession or ownership of firearms, or order confiscation of firearms.

Prohibits state and political subdivision employees from enforcing the specified federal firearms restrictions in Michigan.

Imposes a $10,000 fine for each violation by an individual who knowingly enforces the prohibited federal firearms laws in the state.

Subjects political subdivisions to a $10,000 fine for each violation if they knowingly employ individuals who enforce the prohibited federal firearms laws.

Allows injured persons to file civil suits in circuit court for injunctive relief, with courts required to hold hearings within 30 days and authorized to award reasonable attorney fees and court costs to prevailing parties (excluding the state or political subdivisions).
