Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines (MCL 777.11d) to add election law offenses to the crimes subject to sentencing guidelines under the Criminal Code.

Adds 39 election-related felonies to the sentencing guidelines table, including offenses related to petition fraud, voter intimidation, ballot tampering, false statements, and election official misconduct, with statutory maximum sentences ranging from 2 to 5 years.

Establishes sentencing classifications for new election offenses, including Class E felonies (5-year maximum) for petition signing fraud and ballot tampering, and Class G felonies (2 to 4-year maximum) for filing false statements and election board violations.

Effective date is February 13, 2024, contingent upon enactment of House Bills 4129 and 5144 of the 102nd Legislature.
