Requires public school academy contracts entered into, extended, renewed, or modified on or after April 2, 2025 to display the names of the authorizing body and primary educational management organization (if applicable) on signage, promotional materials, website footers, and school applications.

Defines "primary educational management organization" as an organization responsible for both administrative services/staff and educational/instructional services/staff.

Defines "promotional material" to include billboards, internet advertisements, television advertisements, and radio advertisements.

Signage requirement applies only to signs erected, repaired, or installed after the effective date and does not apply if prohibited by local ordinance or zoning authority.

Effective date is April 2, 2025.
