Requires schools of excellence (public school academies) contracts entered into or modified on or after the effective date to display the names of the authorizing body and primary educational management organization on property signage, promotional materials, website footers, and student application forms.

Applies signage requirement to new or repaired signage erected on school property, with exemption for cyber schools and properties subject to local ordinance or zoning restrictions.

Defines "promotional material" to include billboards, internet advertisements, television advertisements, and radio advertisements that must include authorizer and management organization names.

Maintains existing requirements for schools of excellence contracts including educational goals, financial audits, board member citizenship, family relationship prohibitions, public information availability, and special education/English language learner recruitment efforts.

Effective date: April 2, 2025.
