Adds three state buildings to the list of premises where concealed pistols cannot be carried: the Michigan State Capitol Building, the Anderson House Office Building, and the Binsfeld Senate Office Building.

Replaces gender-specific pronouns ("he or she") with gender-neutral language ("the parent or legal guardian" and "the individual's") throughout the statute.

Capitalizes "Gaming Control and Revenue Act" for proper formatting consistency with Michigan Administrative Code references.

Maintains all existing exceptions to the concealed pistol prohibitions, including exemptions for retired law enforcement, security personnel, private investigators, court officers, and peace officers.

Preserves existing penalties for violations: civil infraction with $500 fine and 6-month license suspension for first offense; misdemeanor with $1,000 fine and license revocation for second offense; felony with up to 4 years imprisonment or $5,000 fine for third or subsequent offense.
