Reduces the number of judges in the thirty-fifth district court (cities of Northville and Plymouth and townships of Northville, Plymouth, and Canton in Wayne County) from 3 judges to 2 judges.

The reduction to 2 judges takes effect on the earlier of: (i) the date a vacancy occurs in a district judge position in the thirty-fifth district, or (ii) the beginning date of a term when an incumbent judge no longer seeks election or reelection.

Removes conditional language regarding potential consolidation of the eighteenth district (Westland) and twenty-ninth district (Wayne) that was set to expire on January 1, 2020.

Simplifies the thirty-third district court (Trenton, Gibraltar, Woodhaven, Rockwood, Flat Rock, Brownstown Township, and Grosse Ile Township) to maintain 2 judges without conditional reduction provisions.
