Amends the "Mozelle senior or vulnerable adult medical alert act" to expand powers and duties of state and local governmental officers and entities regarding missing persons reports

Requires law enforcement agencies to forward missing senior or vulnerable adult reports to jurisdictional agencies, broadcasters, newspapers, and other requesting agencies as soon as practicable

Authorizes law enforcement to request broadcasters and newspapers to notify the public of the missing person alert and publish descriptions and relevant information to assist in locating the missing individual

Requires the Department of State Police to establish and maintain a missing senior or vulnerable adult medical alert system plan designed to rapidly disseminate information through wireless emergency alert systems

Mandates law enforcement agencies to notify the Department of State Police upon completing a missing person report and request activation of the medical alert system in accordance with established policies
