Replaces the crime of "sodomy" with specific offenses of "bestiality" and "sexual conduct or sexual penetration upon a human corpse"

Establishes penalties of up to 15 years imprisonment for bestiality or sexual conduct upon a human corpse, or an indeterminate sentence with a minimum of 1 day and maximum of life imprisonment if the offender was a sexually delinquent person at the time of the offense

Defines "sexual contact" and "sexual penetration" as conduct described under section 520a committed upon a human corpse

Eliminates the requirement to prove emission in prosecutions for bestiality; specifies that any sexual penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the crime

Takes effect 90 days after enactment
