Amends the Housing-with-Services Contract Act to update references to the Public Health Code from MCL 333.20101 to 333.22260 to MCL 333.20101 to 333.22121

Updates the definition of "housing-with-services establishment" to exclude facilities licensed under the corrected Public Health Code provision

Updates Section 7 to clarify that facilities remain subject to licensing requirements under both the Adult Foster Care Facility Licensing Act and the amended Public Health Code section

Takes effect only if Senate Bill (unspecified number) or House Bill 5477 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law
