Updates public health code citation references from MCL 333.17084 to MCL 333.17097 and from MCL 333.22260 to MCL 333.22121 to reflect amendments to the public health code

Makes minor technical changes to board procedures, including changing "shall" to "must" in relevant sections and clarifying appointment timing and vacancy procedures

Becomes effective only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5477 (request no. 01038'23) is enacted into law
