Amends the Right to Try Act to protect health care providers from license revocation, suspension, or non-renewal based solely on recommending investigational drugs, biological products, or devices to eligible patients

Extends the same protections to prevent disciplinary action against a health care provider's Medicare certification for recommending access to investigational treatments

Corrects the citation range in the Public Health Code from MCL 333.22260 to MCL 333.22121

Capitalizes "Medicare" for proper formatting consistency throughout the statute

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5477 is enacted into law
