Changes the reference to health facilities from MCL 333.20101 to 333.22260 to MCL 333.20101 to 333.22121, reflecting updates to the Public Health Code.

Replaces the pronoun "who" with "that" in definitions of "health care provider" and "medical records company" for grammatical consistency.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5477 is enacted into law.
