Appropriates $526,379,800 in gross funding for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, with $68,557,000 from state general fund and remainder from federal and restricted revenues.

Allocates 2,545.3 full-time equated positions across major divisions including Wildlife Management ($48.5M), Fisheries Management ($35.5M), Law Enforcement ($54.9M), Parks and Recreation ($143.2M), and Forest Resources ($72.2M).

Appropriates $37.95M for capital outlay including $20M for state parks repair/maintenance, $12.9M for federal land and water conservation fund payments, and trail/wetland restoration projects totaling $5M.

Authorizes $34.8M in grants to local governments and nonprofits for invasive species control, habitat improvement, trail development, recreation programs, and snowmobile law enforcement with $11.3M directed to local units of government.

Includes $25M in contingency funding and provisions allowing up to $800,000 in disaster/emergency expenditures; requires quarterly reporting on staffing levels and annual reports on land transactions and timber sales.
