Prohibits members of the Michigan legislature from entering into nondisclosure agreements regarding any work done in their legislative capacity, effective upon passage of the act.

Defines "nondisclosure agreement" as any agreement or contract containing a provision that prevents a party from disclosing, discussing, describing, or commenting upon the agreement or its terms.

Voids any nondisclosure agreement entered into in violation of this prohibition.

Applies to any nondisclosure agreement that is entered into, amended, extended, or renewed on or after the effective date of the act.
