Requires inspectors to submit inspection reports within 14 days to the Department of Health and Human Services, detailing any violations found and planned remedial measures or modifications.

Requires proof of completion of safety modifications or remedial measures within 14 days of report submission; schools that contract for work must submit proof of steps taken to ensure completion, with final completion proof submitted upon finishing.

Mandates schools post inspection reports on their websites (subject to privacy laws) and remove items causing health and safety violations from student-accessible areas; requires reporting of student deaths occurring on school premises to the Department with personally identifiable information removed.
