Establishes a registry within the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services to record all student deaths occurring on school property in the state

Requires each student death on school property to be reported to the department according to rules the department shall promulgate

Department must maintain comprehensive confidential records of all reports and evaluate the information collected

Department shall publish and make publicly available summary records of collected information beginning August 1, 2025

Defines "student death" as the death of a child occurring on school property, including buildings, playing fields, or property used for school purposes
