Prohibits operation of wake boats in wake sport mode on waters less than 20 feet deep and requires maintaining a minimum distance of 500 feet from shoreline, docks, rafts, bathing areas, and moored vessels

Clarifies that "slow-no wake speed" means the wake created by a vessel "is" minimal rather than "would be" minimal

Updates the definition of "political subdivision" to reference "that area is located" instead of "the problem waters lie" when addressing water quality issues spanning multiple jurisdictions

Renumbers subsequent definitions and regulatory provisions to accommodate new wake boat-related definitions
