Replaces "$0.30" with "30 cents" for clarity in the maximum charge per parcel record for electronic copies of county treasurer records.

Expands the definition of electronic records that county treasurers must provide to include records they have direct access to or can otherwise provide, not just records they directly maintain, control, or manage.

Adds new subsection (7) establishing that a single request for both winter and summer tax bill amounts constitutes one request with a maximum charge of $2,000.00 if both amounts are available.

Renumbers existing subsections (7), (8), and (9) to account for the new subsection (7) regarding combined tax bill requests.

Clarifies that county treasurers are not required to provide information outside their maintenance, control, or management unless they have direct access to it or can provide it under county direction.
